Meet the team!
Alan Fisher - Founder of French Island Essential Oils

Alan founded French Island Essential Oils out of curiosity, a love of natural remedies, and a drive for quality. What began as a way to set his own hours for film work quickly became a full-time passion, inspired in part by personal experience with essential oils during recovery from a major injury.
Today, Alan brings his high energy and love of a fast-paced, challenging environment to every aspect of the business, constantly innovating, improving processes, and creating sustainable essential oils that reflect both the resilience of French Island and his commitment to excellence.
Celia Fisher – Co-Owner and operations manager of Mandalaye Park Estate

Celia is co-owner of Mandalaye Park Estate, where she manages much of the customer-facing side of the business, including accommodation, food, and tours. Mother of three boys, including her eldest, Alan, she brings the same dedication and care to both her family and her work on the island.
Celia is deeply involved in the French Island community, serving on the local committee and working on conservation projects to protect the island’s unique wildlife and ecosystems. With a professional background in high-level corporate roles, she combines organisation, attention to detail, and strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to running the property and creating memorable experiences for visitors.
Leigh Noonan – Co-Owner and caretaker of Mandalaye Park Estate

Leigh brings decades of experience in hospitality and construction to Mandalaye Park Estate. Passionate about hosting and sharing his work, Leigh has designed and built the accommodations and facilities that make every guest experience possible.
From rustic accommodation to event spaces, his hands-on approach ensures that every detail reflects both functionality and warmth, creating a welcoming environment that connects visitors to the land and its story.
