We carefully pack each order to ensure your essential oils arrive safely and beautifully.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busy periods, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we truly appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location

  • Rural or remote areas may experience longer transit times

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — these will be clearly advertised on our website.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update details before your order is dispatched.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packaging your essential oils securely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged items

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the shipping carrier to investigate.


Authority to Leave

If you select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, the parcel becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address provided.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

Delivery timeframes for international orders vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Important Notes About Essential Oils

Essential oils are temperature-sensitive natural products.

While we package carefully, prolonged exposure to extreme heat during transit (especially in summer) may affect product consistency. This does not typically impact quality or effectiveness.

We recommend bringing parcels inside promptly after delivery.
