Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

We’re committed to providing beautiful, high-quality essential oils you’ll love.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

This means you’re entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • A repair or replacement if goods are not of acceptable quality and the issue isn’t major

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian law.


If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Broken

  • Incorrect

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review it quickly and organise a replacement or refund where required.

Major vs Minor Issues

Under the ACL:

A major failure may include a product that is unsafe, significantly different from its description, contaminated, or not fit for its intended purpose.

If there is a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement.

If the issue is minor, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Change of Mind Returns

Because essential oils are personal-use products, we need to prioritise hygiene and safety.

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened

  • The seal is intact

  • The item is in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

  • Opened or used oils cannot be returned for change of mind

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Allergies & Scent Preferences

Essential oils are natural plant extracts, and every person’s body chemistry and scent preference is unique.

We’re unable to offer refunds for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Sensitivities

  • Dislike of scent

  • Change of preference

Unless the product is faulty under the ACL.

We always recommend reviewing ingredients carefully and performing a patch test before use.


Custom & Special Items

We’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns on:

  • Custom blends

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

(Your ACL rights still apply if a product is faulty.)


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction.
